Gigway is scaling our business and adding a key player as lead for our marketing and online sales.

We are a digital marketplace for matching gigs between freelancers and companies, founded in 2018. We match and manage gigs and giggers on a daily basis, with thousands of giggers signed up. In our continued journey, we are aiming to become the fastest growing gig platform in Sweden and thereafter, expand internationally. To do this, we raised a seed round for growth and are now recruiting key people to the team to grow- and reach our goals with.

In this role, you will be able to work independently and leave your own mark to the organization. In your role as Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and digital growth of Gigway, by acting as the hands on strategist and project manager of the area. To do this, you will collaborate widely with all parts of the team: operations, sales and product. As your help in the mission, you will also be able to delegate projects to giggers from our own community.

Your role will most probably include:

  • Building the Gigway brand
  • Set up strategies, tactics and projects for growth
  • Follow up on KPI:s as CAC and LTV as well as metrics such as conversion rates
  • Content Marketing, Social Media Management and PR
  • Performance Marketing and B2B Online Sales tactics and funnels
  • SEO/SEM (you are free to use our giggers if this is not your superskill)
  • Collaborate with Product Owner regarding website management, CRO and user engagement
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager regarding community management and events
  • Co-operate closely with business development and sales manager regarding B2B online sales

What we’re looking for

To succeed in the role, we believe that you need strong experience from digital marketing, and an understanding for sales and business growth. It is also good to have hands on competence and interest in content marketing. Ideally, you have a digital marketing background from a tech start up, product company and/or agency.

Furthermore, we wish you to be creative and insightful with a prestigeless doer mentality. To complete the team, we see you as a teamplayer and a natural leader, but what also is of high importance for the role is that you are analytical, goal-oriented and organized.
