Gigway is scaling our business and adding a key player as B2B Sales Specialist  to the team.

We are a digital marketplace for matching gigs between freelancers and companies, founded in 2018. We match and manage gigs and giggers on a daily basis, with thousands of giggers signed up. In our continued journey, we are aiming to become the fastest growing gig platform in Sweden and thereafter, expand internationally. To do this, we raised a seed round for growth and are now recruiting key people to the team to grow- and reach our goals with.

In this role, you will be able to work independently and leave your own mark to the organization. In your role as a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the growth of sales at Gigway, by acting as the hands on strategist and project manager of the area, but also the first face of impression to our clients. To reach the mission of increased sales, you will collaborate widely with both the operations and marketing team members and together reach Gigway’s goals of growth for the future.

Your role will most probably include

  • Direct sales towards foremost large corporates
  • Key Account Management of larger customer accounts
  • CRM Management and Sales Automation
  • Inbound Content Marketing and Email marketing
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager regarding Online Sales strategies, tactics, funnels and conversion, as well as B2B event management
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager regarding customer success
  • Collaborate with Product Owner regarding product feedback and feature requests

What we’re looking for

We believe that you have a background within sales from a consultancy firm, consultancy broker or staffing agency. You also have a interest and knowledge in digital platforms, tools and tech start ups. You are even more familiar with sales strategies, tactics and customer relations. The more you know about media, marketing, design and tech – the better.

You’re a goal-oriented hunter always aiming for the next win. You’re a people-person, yet organized and analytical in your sales process.
